It's super easy to schedule a visit, a friendly small office, and they don't try to get me to do extra or unnecessary work. They also answer all my questions. Every time we come in they are time and quick. Going for over 8 years now and we've never had a problem."

"I hate to have to write this review. I LOVED going to this office as a child 25 years ago and I LOVED that I got to take my children to visit Dr. Rick now that I'm a mom. Our first visit with my son was amazing. The waiting room looks exactly like it did when I was a kid, in a good way! The staff are nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with and Dr. Rick is always sweet and kind, until today. I came in for a cleaning for my 2 year old and a first visit for my 8 month old. The visit went fine until the moment I said no thank you to the fluoride treatment for my son. This is a personal decision as the ADA has said to reconsider dental fluoride treatments until about 8 when the child can be told not to swallow, and comprehend that its important. Dr. Rick's attitude instantly changed. He became condescending and rude, he spoke to me as if I were a child and instead of wrapping up the visit telling me how things looked and when to make the next appointment he muttered something under his breath, walked away and left the hygienist to tell me when to come back. Sadly I won't be be returning. A simple difference of opinion was handled in such an impolite manner that I'll need to find a different dentist who can respect my views for my children. I'm so disappointed."

"They have done such a fantastic job working with my babies I have an 8year old 10 year old and 3 year old. They explain everything that is going on every step by step handle with lots of care. Working with kiddos is such difficult task especially when it comes down getting work on teeth. From when I first walked in my appointment to getting the task completed every moment was handled with lots of care and patience. I am surprised they have a 4.8 they truly deserve a 5 star all across the board. Staff and everyone I spoke to including Dr. Rick all are amazing with my children."

"Dr. Myers and his staff have been taking care of my children's teeth since the beginning (they are 9 & 11). They have consistently been kind and helpful. My children look forward to going to the dentist and I believe it's because of the atmosphere that Dr. Myers and his staff create as well as the great care they receive. You can tell Dr. Myers cares for his patients and wants the best for them. We are so thankful!"
