"45 minutes in the waiting room. I am grateful for the extended hours they offer at Bell Dental Center so I don't have to take time off of work to be at the dentist. I'm grateful for the friendly staff and doctor. The one bit of feedback I would give is that I find it disrespectful of my time to wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room before being seated, then another 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. This wasn't just a one-off either. The exact thing happened at my checkup last year (but last year I brought my child with me - he didn't enjoy spending over an hour at the dentist waiting for my appointment to finish). I hope they can adjust their scheduling a bit to make it more efficient for patients."
"Bell Dental is a great place and they make you feel welcomed. Both the Doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable. They are kind and quick to help and answer any questions you may have. When I went in to get a filling, I didn't even feel the injections go in, that is why I will keep coming here."
