"Despite a few quirky experiences - an odd phone call and a tablet that was hard to use when capturing an image of a D.L. - I had a great experience for my first visit. I’ve known Dr Erika from a previous dental office, and feel confident in receiving care and treatment for my teeth and gums. The hygienist Shae (sp?) is great in taking images and x-rays. All concerns and future approaches in care were made clear. I’m very glad to have made the change to be reunited with Dr Erika. I don’t know why I had remained at my previous dentist after she left to start her own practice. I should have inquired sooner as to where she was leaving to.
