"Poor management, poor customer service. Blowouts are ok, but the Manager Refused to honor 1 of 9 styling credits unless i renewed subscription. I booked because I was told by the employee at checkout that I had 9 credits to use and she confirmed twice when I asked that there was no expiration date! The poor stylist lost her tip because of management as I refused to pay, and walked out to take it up with subscription manager. They Billed my credit card without my approval or authorization anyway."
"First time going here. I called a week ago to make an appt and told them it’s time sensitive. They noted it in comments for hairstylist. Appt was for 8 I showed up at 7:50 they checked me. 8:10 comes so I tell the receptionist they gotta start soon cuz this is for my brothers funeral and I’m doing the eulogy. They get me back there and the stylist was very nice. She did a beautiful job. I go to pay and the lady says something about just a tip. My mind was all over the place so I said what did you say , she said we won’t be charging you today you can just tip. I left crying happy tears becuz there are still kind people left in this world. Of course I didn’t get any pics of my hair till late in the day but it was still beautiful"
