Great Clips

"I've been to several Great Clips and never had my head shaved until I went here. The woman cutting my hair asked if I'd like a #2 "all the way around?" I assumed she was talking about the sides of my head since the hair on my head was over four inches long. She assumed I wanted every hair on my head gone and that's what she did! BEWARE!!!"

"Went the other day and Bernard gave me the worst haircut I had in my whole life. Bernard and Jim are the worst barbers in this location, do not let them touch your hair."

"Don't go when Donna is hungry!!! Future update: Thank you Donna for helping me find a true and beautiful hairstylist I can put my faith in. I had asked you to take your time eating, and you completely blew me off. I was telling you to take your time before hacking at the only place I feel confidence in. My hair. You grabbed it with such audacity to even tell me I don't need my haircut. I should've just gotten off the chair then. I already knew this wasn't going to be an enjoyable experience. Mind you this is after waiting a 30 to 40 min. No problem I had time. Now I had no idea our hungry little Donna was going to receive a flurry of customers during the time which I'm on the other end getting chopped. That's when it went down hill. You rushed to get to the next customers, and completely ignore any standard for high moral upstanding on your one skill you GET PAID FOR!! Poor poor Donna. Life hands us all a stickler, but to sit in your chair and hear you whine about your problems and your favorite and unfavorite customers are I nearly lost it. I should have kept my dignity and walked off, but alas I didn't listen. I have no clue who gave some one like yourself to hold scissors to someone's head while you could think of tearing it off. Why? Because you were hungry. I rest my case. Judge. Plaintiff. Guilty. Guilty of poor customer service,low regards to anyone, no standards to hold one's higher self to control, and last but not least I gave you a tip. I gave you a tip because I knew it would be the last time I gave you my money."

"Susan M. Was great she made me look and feel GQ lol , honestly best haircut ever. I gave her a vague idea of what I was going for and she executed it perfectly. I have been growing my hair out for about a year and was scared to get a haircut because I didn't want someone to butcher my hair, she nailed it! Definitely will be back.. "I used to live in Phoenix and now live 5 1/2 hours away. On my last visit last week, I dropped in to see if my favorite stylist, Susan (Suzie as I call her) was in. I have very fine, but very thick gray hair. Everyone wants to thin it and chop the heck out of it, leaving me looking like somewhat of a female Einstein! Fortunately Suzie was in and she was able to fix the mess that another stylist out of state had created. As usual, she worked her magic and my hair was once again in top form and manageable laying exactly as it should and easy to style. I just LOVE what Suzie can do. She listens to you and does exactly what YOU want, which is what all stylists should do, whether you pay $75 for a cut or $15! Love ya, Suzie!"
