"After many years of going to Camelback Denist for my children and I and we were always happy. Recently there was a change in staff and we have never been treated so rudely. The receptions was very unprofessional and rude. We never received calls back when stated we would. Never followed through on confirming appointments not once but several times over the course of two months. However, we finally got an appointment yet once again we had to deal with being disrespected. When I contacted Dr. Hirpara to explain the situation and how we had been treated I was very shocked with his response that we find another provider and our records would be transferred. We've been with Camelback Dentisy for 15 years always happy until now. Needless to say we will be taking our business else where. I do not recommend going to Camelback Dentistry any longer. Patients do not need to be treated like this. There are many places that will treat patients with respect and kindness. Obviously Camelback Dentisry is no longer one of these places."
"Fear had kept me away from the dentist for years. An emergency from a broken tooth forced me to my husband's dentist I had been hearing was awesome from my hubby and my best friend. As soon as I walked in the office staff made me feel comfortable and confident in their professionalism. Onlyn called my insurance to get the most from my benefits. Jackie was gentle taking my x-rays and answering my nervous questions. Dr. Hirpara worked with me on the treatment plan for my broken tooth and my other dental needs I've been avoiding for years. Today I returned for the extraction of that broken tooth that was almost painless. In three weeks I'll return for a root canal! Thanks for getting me back to the dentist! You are awesome!"
