Great service, only saw one unfortunate with big creepy lashes, and they didn't push covering my silver strands as most salons do. Erika really knows how to work with my hair, she always takes her time and does a great job. I recently decided to get a balayage done. I was hesitant since the last time I got one done it totally ruined my hair (wasn't done by any stylist at Arcane). I love how it turned out.
