"I walked into this place rather terrified about my root canal and was extremely happy with all aspects of the practice. Erin at the front desk was polite and efficient over the phone and in person. My bill was exactly what I was quoted initially, no surprises. The procedure itself was much easier than expected. I had anticipated quite a lot of pain but other than a small pinch for the novocaine, it was legitimately painless...really grateful to you guys for that. The doc was patient with my redundant questions and knowledgeable. From the followup x-rays, everything looked really good. The canal was filled all the way to the bottom, which I had been warned by another dentist could be tricky as it was oddly shaped and narrow. The assistant Hailey (hope I'm spelling that correctly) did a great job and was a total sweetheart. I was very nervous and she and the doctor had very soothing manners and put me at ease. All in all, highly recommended. 10/10 Thank you so much!"
