"Just a heads up, since they won't tell you over the phone.... Their periodontist doesn't take HMO dental plans. Practice is listed on my insurance website. Called to schedule an appointment; confirmed insurance over the phone. Arrive at appointment time (with primary dentist referral in hand) and the office refused service. Said their office takes HMO but not the periodontist. This should have been told to me over the phone when scheduling the appointment. The excuse from the office was they are a large corporation and their call center handled the appointment. That doesn't seem like a patient-forward way to run a dental practice."

"Dr Ashraf and Ms Thanh, dental assistant, is very professional and friendly; also personable. Made me comfortable during dental surgery and allayed my fears."

"Wow what a horrible experience. 1st my partner goes to them after told "yes your insurance will cover everything, as we are in-network" then he has to pay after services are rendered. (VERY SNEAKY) Then I find out the reason he paid was because indeed gentle dental is Out of network. Okay fine we will eat it, because we should've called our insurance as providers don't care about doing their due diligence for patients. They just care about their payment of course. Then we cancel our future appointment because we obviously don't want to be billed again by an out of network provider when we can simply go see an in network dentist. I then cancel my future appointment in advance just so they can bill me a $50 missed appt. I also experienced an extenuating circumstance where I had a family emergency and was not able to make it to my appt which I called and canceled. I called in to get the fee waived due to my circumstances and Amy "manager" said "okay but did someone die? Do you have the death certificate?" Like wow what an embarrassment excuse of a manger. Where is the professionalism? The empathy? Amy if you are reading this, DO BETTER miss mam. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody."

"Thoroughly professional at all levels. They do a wonderful job on reassurance for me with my extreme dentophobia. I had avoided dentists for years so my mouth is a mess. But we have a plan and are marching along on it. I told Dr. Antczak paid attention to my concern about pain and that I am more sensitive than many. He made sure I stayed comfortable numb. All of those who I have interacted with (front office, hygienist, dental tech) were wonderful. A few more visits and my teeth and gums will be right again."

"Zero stars, the experience I had yesterday was the worst. Dr. Christopher Antczak, D.D.S. asked me how my implant was, and I told him honestly that it is still too tight. Something he already knew. Something we had discussed when he implanted it and couldn't even get floss between my teeth! He even tried to grind down my caps to get it to fit at the time. It has now moved my teeth causing them to be crooked and me to bite my lip at least twice a week. I told him I would give it three months to see if it would settle in, but it hasn't. Instead of trying to figure out a solution like a professional the man started screaming at me! He threw a fit like a juvenile, ranted and raved! He told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, and I didn't go to dental school. As though I don't know what is uncomfortable in my own mouth. A good example: my niece recently got a cap that was too big and the wrong color. After several weeks of being miserable she went back to her dentist, and he calmly went over options and fixed it like a professional. This is what I expected of a nearly $2000 (after insurance) payment procedure as well. They also mis-billed me, not once but twice! I would never recommend this office."
