"Thanks for the comment. I’d love to change my review bc I love the staff. Unfortunately I keep getting bills now over $1000 for a dental cleaning. My correct insurance is never billed, my new address was never saved so I wasn’t receiving bills. I have called now 20+ times and it never gets resolved. This is my hope I’ll get noticed. It’s ridiculous at this point. No one ever answers either. The call center even apologized and said my complaint isn’t rare :("
"I left my appointment early and I hurried out to cry in my car. Like a lot of other reviews, they recommend a deep bacterial cleaning and a plan that would cost $1000. Honestly, that would have been fine if they treated me with any human decency. Awful experience. I’ve never had a dental office make me feel so worthless."

"We used Perfect Teeth for a number of years when Dr. Conrad was there. After he retired it really went downhill. First no dentist on staff, then when they got a dentist, it was like a revolving door.... different Dentist and hygienist every visit. I bought their Perfect Teeth plan every year. When I got medical coverage that paid my bills, the gave me my bill, then sent it to my insurance for almost 3x the amount. Please save your time and money."
