"I recieved a referral for a procedure for this office. I called to provide my insurance info to find out what out of pocket expenses I would incur. Andy, wasn't helpful. She told me to contact my insurance company to find out what I need to pay. I called my insurance provider, my insurance provider thought it was odd that I was calling. In order for my insurance provider to give me the out of pocket cost I would need procedure codes in which I don't have. I then called the office back to relay this info. Andy, told me she can't give me info over the phone she wouldn't have anyway of providing me with my out of pocket cost due to each insurance company being different. I explained to her that I understand, that is why I was trying to provide her with my insurance info to help me find out the cost I would need to pay. Long story short, I realize this isn't the place for me. If you aren't able to assist me before the procedure then I definitely don't want you doing my procedure. I'm huge on customer service. I'm not going to pay to have a bad experience or memory. I'll just take my business elsewhere."
