"I used to go here for years, back when it was owned by Dr. Alexander. The new ownership was Ok for a little while but I noticed they kept trying to push add-ons. Not too big of a deal, most dentists do this. Then they ended up being out of my network after a while though they said they were still in network. I double-checked with them before my last appointment and they said all was good, but then I received a bill later charging me though it should be covered because they weren't in network. They also told me I had two cavities coming and tried to schedule me for a filling though I am actively in chemotherapy. I ended up switching dentists to one actually in network and they informed me I had ZERO cavities. Furthermore, I recently received a call to schedule a cleaning and explained to the person that they weren't in my network and they charged me the last time I went in. She wanted to check with my insurer to make sure but I told her that I already had a new dentist. I was not rude and she slammed the phone on me. Completely unprofessional."
"I went here in November 2022 when experiencing sudden intense pain in one of my molars. I did not currently have a regular dentist. Not only did they get me in the next day for an evaluation, but they got me in as soon as possible to attempt to give me a crown. Unfortunately my tooth was too far gone, and they did an amazing job working to get me references to oral surgeons in the area to get the rest of the tooth removed. They are very reasonably priced and I really felt like everyone had my best interest at heart. They definitely made a customer for life!"
