"What perturbed me: - Excessive paperwork - There was vagueness about performing exactly what insurance will cover. They tried to upsell me a few times during my visit - X-rays required numerous setups and uncomfortable mouth pieces - Each station had a flat panel near your feet which obstructed the view to the outside. Additionally, they played basic hygiene care videos which might be useful to kids, but not to an experienced patient - The doctor had excessive facial hair that was not trimmed nor covered by the mask. He was rough with my oral care and lost count (5 times) for which tooth he was tending to. - No safety glasses were offered and when I asked for a pair the lenses were scratched/smudged - The actual polishing/cleaning was so disappointing. The total time spent was not more than 5 minutes. - My wife shared with me that in her appointment the doctor would go from patient to patient leaving her waiting excessively long until he returned to her again."

"I switched dentists due to the fact that I was working from home and I wanted services nearby. From the onset, I should have paid attention to the red flags. Inexperienced staff, dentist who preferred to sing and not provide clear answers to my questions. I had a broken molar, that would need a crown. It was this dentist who recommended that I also replace the 4 crowns that had been added 5 years prior and other than a tiny tiny gap at the gum line, these crowns were fine. Work was done on the broken tooth in preparation for the new crown, then the dentist began removing the existing crown. By the time I could get the apparatus out of my mouth, the damage had been done and the crown needed to be removed. To say I was angry, would be an understatement. Needless to say, molds were made and temporary crowns were added. 8 weeks later, the new crowns were ready to be installed. Low and behold, there was a size issue. The new crowns were too high and I could not join my front teeth to bite, or the teeth on my mouth's right side. The dentist ground down the crowns, then cemented them into place. Still, I could not join my front teeth or the teeth on my right side. I went back for more grinding, in which time the dentist began showing frustration with the situation, blaming my teeth for the problem. At this point the dentist was confrontational, argumentative, indignant and refused to continue grinding down the crowns to meet my bite until I signed a waiver removing liability from the dentist for all work that had been done. I was livid and left as soon as I could. Now, I'm stuck with teeth that do not meet. I cannot chew on my right molars. I cannot bite clean through food with my front teeth. Stay away from this dental office. I have attempted to contact the main office through a form online, and have received no response! I'm 63 years old and have never experienced worse treatment from a dentist!"
