"This is an unreliable place. It feels shady. I scheduled an appointment and even did a follow up call to confirm the appointment and they said that they had confirmed yet the first location they sent me to the doors were locked. When I called the same number I made the appointment on, they then told me that location was closed all day. Then they sent me to another office at a different location and said they made an appointment over there and again I called to confirm and they said yes mind you these appointments were for same day and yet when I went to the second location the same thing happened doors were locked I call and then they tell me that location closed all day. Why are they scheduling appointments for the same day if they know that location is closed. Scummy freaking business tactic."

"I would rate zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service in any “professional” manner I’ve ever had to go through. Let me give you a run down to save you time from even thinking of this place as an option. After being neglected of dental care and finally having my own insurance to get help, I found western dental. Thinking they would help me after the first initial visit went well and I got a free x ray & my treatment plan was written up. First on my dental plan was a root canal, I trust the Dr knows what they’re doing and come to that appointment. A whole different Dr evaluates the tooth and decides we should just take it out along with my wisdom teeth. Ok cool. I trust you Dr! This is now 2 visits. 1 with wasting an hour and a half of my time. 3rd visit we plan 3 wisdom teeth removal and 1 extraction & they fail to mention some pre care for my visit/ along with an arranged ride that has to be the the entire procedure, ok fixed got a ride. Got my papers done, and they tell me oh no now I need to pay $223 or I won’t be sedated. I raised concerns and made it a point I was not about to do a dental procedure like that without sedation. I now made another appointment at which they said if it’s cancelled I owe them $300. Ok cool I don’t plan to cancel since I’ve been at every appointment just fine- you guys cancel. A month later I have the money, the ride, the preparation The schedule confirmation, and they call me 2 days before my procedure to say my appointment can’t happen it wasn’t confirmed (even though I’m looking at the email that says it is) but the doctor can go ahead and fill me in at a different spot/ without sedation. Your staff has made inappropriate comments on the health of my teeth in front of the whole office and your staff found it hilarious. Your staff was unprofessional, uncaring, and unqualified to run a dental office. I’m going to make sure from the top of my lungs you guys know you are at fault for my appointments, and I’m not giving you a dollar for your screw up. Be better."

"I would leave no star or half a star if that were an option for this .. They're constantly changing appointments due to Staffing and closing office on many occasions since I started going to them. Their phone systems leave little to be desired... I'd like to note I have since left this place, found a wonderful doctor & office location within reasonable distance~super fantastic staff that care about their patients. So for sure I won't be going back to that mess!"

"Honestly doesn’t even deserve a single star. Worst experience! Paid for my daughters braces 2.5 year plan up front no insurance only to lose out on that money to take her to an orthodontist/ dental office that has a set schedule and answers their phone 5 months later. Good luck trying to get seen during an emergency, office is always closed. Showed up multiple times when supposed to be open but nope, doors were locked. Over all experience was awful. Do not recommend.!"
