Wendy's Nails

"Asked specifically for SNS and they handed me two color wheels. One of the nail techs explained they do a dip base and then a gel polish over that. I was ok with that but the nail tech I had only put the gel on. Before I knew what was going on, he had already only put the gel on and I had no time for wait for him to fix it. After years of getting my nails done, they are weak and the gel will never keep them protected. I’ve grown them for years and painstakingly taken care of them so as not to break them. While the gel polish looks good, my nails are so weak I’m afraid they’re going to break."

"For the price of the service, I was satisfied with the paint done on my nails, but a lot of things were left undone. For example, my big toenail was completely left uncut or filed, and no toenails were cleaned under. I hapen have pretty strong nails and wear tight closed toed shoes for work, which in turn made standing on my feet almost unbearable just the day after getting them done. I am sure I was clear that they can cut my nails as short as possible as long as it won't cause them to become ingrown and cause more pain. As for cleaning under them, I do try to keep my own toes clean, but i have my doubts that they were just that clean that there was no need. Now on to the cuticles, I don't believe they were trimmed at all on my toes and it was a pretty sloppy job for the hands but I don't have great cuticles on my hands so I won't blame them for that to much. But the over taming of nails and cuticles was the issue here. Other than that than that they were very sweet and tried giving you personal attention they even did my toes and fingers at the same time so I never had to leave the massage chair and the attention to strength with the massages was top notch! Overall, for around 130 this was my experience. (P.s. just natural nails with gel polish French tips)"

"Don’t come here unless you want to be up charged for everything! I asked for the #2 Pedicure which is $35 she asked if I wanted gel that it would be $20 extra, I replied with a no thank you. Then they proceeded to ask me if I wanted a foot massage which normally comes with a pedi that it would be $5 extra I was like okay. Then she said it would be $15 extra to take off the nail polish. I understand there is up charges for Gel and extra add ons during your pedicure. But at this point she was milking it. The shop was pretty empty so idk if she needed to make her money up some how. But I wasn’t the one. My pedicure would of ended up costing me $55 without tip if I would of just agreed to all the up charges. Sadly I left without a pedicure and disappointed. I will never come back and recommend anyone to this location."

She and her entire staff are always professional, polite and treat their customers with the upmost care and most of all they LISTEN to their clients."
