Addendum: I was contacted by the DM about my review. I was referred to Rio, who is the store manager and a stylist. I'm very happy with my haircut. I have been to her twice and I'm very satisfied."
"I’ve been coming to this location for several years and have always gotten great service. My last trip however, I met Manuela - she was very nice and gave me the BEST haircut I’ve probably had in 20 years!! She definitely “GOT” my hair! I look forward to seeing her as my regular hairdresser!!"
"I had difficulty with the app, walked in, was able to be taken immediately, the stylist helped me with the app and gave me a great haircut. Her name was Monica. I realized when I got home that she forgot to shave me nexj and trim my length at my neck. Not sure how you forget that part but I’ll manage. And I will be returning."
