Owner also refused to let my mother talk to the hairdresser regarding hair care questions. Very unprofessional."

"Well today i attempted to get a decent haircut, and it didn’t happen! Within the first 3 minutes she totally chopped my hair off! At this point i said that’s too short. She replied it will grow back! Who the hell says that? Where did this lady get her license? Better question how did she get a license to style hair? Her name started with an O, and i stopped her after she did this mid cut and said no more! She then said, are you sure? Yes i am! She then said you don’t have to pay. The owner looked at my hair and i told her what happened. I asked for a trim and she cut two inches off! So aggravated! Never again."
