"Absolutely rude service. Completed a pedicures and did poor quality work and overcharged. Requested payment after pedicure, and confronted about not receiving a tip yet even though manicure was not yet done. Very unprofessional to request a tip in the first place, even moreso to request tip before all services provided. Tech then refused to do manicure after not getting tip (yet), and handed off to someone else. Run, don't walk, from this place."

"This is the shop with the rude grandma. It was our first (and last) time visiting AP Nails. Mom was trying to have a friendly chat with her nail tech while our nails dried, and rude grandma was sweeping around us and grumbled "Leave. Leave!" They were willing to take us as the last customers of the night, but we felt unwelcome especially when they wanted to turn off the lights. Quality of mani/pedis were not that great."

"A number of reasons I won’t go back: - Staff were chatting/laughing with each other in their language. Were they talking about me? - Technician disappeared with new customers, no explanation, and never returned to check if nails were dry, assist with footwear and collect payment. Another tech shoved my foot into my flip flop, totally messed up my pedicure and blamed me for the mess. She reluctantly did a touch up - polish just to cover up the mess. - Same technician then told me the amount due and when I handed her the exact amount, and before I even had the opportunity to add a tip, rudely asked if that was all? I didn’t feel a tip was deserved for shoddy service and the original tech never reappeared. - Not so much as a thank you when I added a tip - which was far too generous for the poor service but pretty much demanded by the very rude older lady - not Annie. Sorry Annie - I won’t be back!"

"Unfortunately I'm going to have to give this low stars because the price is just out of this world unless you are not concerned about the price in the service you are not really going to like doing business here number one I went in for a pedicure but I already had my toenails painted the day prior actually I'm talking a simple pedicure it was $37 so basically it was $37 for callus removal that's too much for me I would not expect to pay that much even for a full pedicure. I asked how much it was for a full face wax wax and they said $45 and that's when I knew I had gone to the wrong place too rich for my blood I'm not going to criticize their work but I did not care for the massage I would like a more firm massage. Also after paying $37 the change was not handed back to me quickly so I just gave it as a tip but normally I would not tip such a high bill for such a simple service simply put I will not go here because of the prices"
