"The lady with jewelry that walks around rushed my pedicure and my eyebrows and the work was very messy, completely chopped my left eyebrow and made them too thin and was overall just really rough. Mai, an older gentleman did my acrylics and did an amazing job and definitely recommend seeing him for manicures"
"Love this place! I've had my nails done by almost everyone here but I'm gonna stick with Mike. He's nice and does a great job! The only one I didn't like was the lady who always wears the dresses and all the jewelry. She's very rude. She hurt my cuticle with the drill and I was like...never again but everyone else is great!"
"First time here and my advice is, Don't go here! I came in for a pedi yesterday morning and started feeling pain on my fat toe last night. This morning my toe is swollen and tender to touch! My guess is, they must not disinfect their tools correctly."
"I have been going to Bien Nails for 4 years. I usually get my eyebrows done and I also have get pedicures. I do both with Cindy. She does an amazing job as you can see in the picture. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time whenever she does them. When I first moved to the area, I got my eyebrows done at a few other salons, but they didn't do a good job. My nextdoor neighbor is an aesthetician and I still rather go to Cindy!! I go to Cindy because she is honestly the best!! She is also so fun to talk to, there are never any communication issues and she always has me leaving with a smile on my face. I have now started referring another friend there and that friend loves her too. Bien Nails is a comfortable environment, nice chairs, nice atmosphere and really nice people. They also have really reasonable prices. 5 stars all day long."
