"My 1st time here, requested a pedicure. So upsetting, my feet looked better before their pedicure. I'm so embarrassed to even wear sandals, its the summer! She partially removed my toenail, made me bleed, poor sloppy nail polish application, misshaped my nails. DON'T GET PEDICURES THERE!!"

"worst nail experience i ever had to date... I literally asked for the most simple nails and they still messed it up. I went in for a full set of acrylics and the guy who did it was VERY ROUGH , he hurt me a couple times filing my nails and he was also RUSHING it not taking his time to do it right and it came out HORRIBLE. There’s DENTS in my acrylic nails and the length is UNEVEN and also the paint looks so bad...I’m really upset about this. They don’t give refunds but their policy is if we don’t like the nails we can get it redone for free within 7 days but I’m not sure if I want to come back here... :("
