"Horrible I try to find a place for me and my friend to get our lashes done for my birthday. First time ever getting it done and hoping to have a great experience. My friend does all of this a lot more than I do so I try to make sure she has the best experience because she would be the one to keep up with it more than I would. Unfortunately I did have a good job done but my friend who got the master tech because I wanted the best for her did not like them as soon as she came out but she definitely tried to like them thought maybe she needed her makeup done to really get a feel for them. They look worse than actual fake lashes. So we called back and asked them to fix them. Right off the bat they were very argumentative and tried to lie saying that she said she loved them when she left, which is freaking hilarious because as soon as I walked out, I asked her if she liked him and she said no she wanted her lashes to look like mine. Mine looked good, so I recommended her to get them fixed with the lash tech. They did my lashes because I thought she did a wonderful job, and she seemed very nice. My friend went in this morning to try and get them fixed with that person I recommended, and this person judged her because of her weight and how she looked and was a complete rude person towards her to The point that my friend left and said she would just try with the fake lashes again, because Nicole made her feel so small And Insignificant That my best friend with PTSD started to have a panic attack. It’s ridiculous that people judge and it’s definitely not a place that I will be going back to. I am a very upset that we spent almost 500 on this hoping to have a awesome experience just to find out that they don’t listen to what you are saying and are very judgmental to the way people look. Very heart breaking."
