"The current staff is really exceptional and provides very professional, friendly service. They usually greet me by name, which for me is very rare with most businesses these days. Very clean environment as well."
"My wife and I have been tanning here for years and the truth is the beds are old and tired. The best bed they have at this location has been here since day one and would be considered an antique anywhere else. Maintenance is non-existent. The same bed has an Aqua Mist system that has been empty for 6 weeks or longer. I have asked several times about filling it up and have been told the maintenance guy is not very good. Unless the owners decide to reinvest back into their business, I reccomend spending your money elsewhere. The two stars is for the awesome staff that has the best attitudes! Step it up owners!"
"I loved celebrity tanning when I lived in Arizona about two years ago. however I am extremely frustrated with the paperwork side of their business. It seems fraudulent. I cancelled my pass over a year ago and am still getting charged. Every time I call no one is able to help me and I hear something new every time. Their customer service phone number rings and hangs up. They have cost me over $250 in the time I thought my pass was cancelled and the few times I had cancelled it since then. I have not been able to get through to anyone that can help me."
"I love Celebrity - I did have an issue with a duplicate account. I asked for a Manager to contact me and no one ever did. I'm so glad I was patient and never got too upset because it turned out they just didn't have a correct phone number for me. When we figured this out and I spoke to Natalie she was just as sweet as the Gals who work the salons. She went above and beyond my expectations in fixing the account issue. The beds and salons are always clean. 5+ stars!"
