"At first everything was great. Appointments were easy to make since they didn’t have that many patients. Towards the middle of the treatment scheduling appointments became a nightmare. They became just like any other medical facility. They expected me to take my kids out of school to attend appointments every month. After the treatment, just beware that if you lose your retainers you have to pay $500 to replace them ($200) if you buy “the warranty plan” of $100. My advice, as soon as you get your little plastics, go to Mex and get duplicates."

"this facility has a welcoming atmosphere that made my daughter at ease. my daughter was super nervous getting her braces until Sophia calmed her down, explained what she was going to do and how to clean her teeth once she has her braces. at the end of the appt my daughter was super happy and calm :)"
