"I had been going to this Aveda Salon for a couple of years for a cut and color and I loved it! I had a pedicure there once as a gift from my husband and decided to treat myself. My appointment was for 9AM, I arrived early as I always do for everything. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes a young woman came out to tell me shortly...another woman came out to get me seeming very nervous, as we began I found out she was just there for an interview and because the original person quit at the last minute the owner decided to try her out on me. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Typically it's very relaxing and this wasn't! The end results were substandard. As I was paying ($60!) the owner rushed up to me hoping to see the pedicure looked, at that point I had my shoes on and wasn't about to help her out anymore. I haven't gone back and won't until that owner is gone. Very unprofessional and much too expensive for that kind of treatment."
"I am not one to really do reviews, but this place certainly does go above and beyond! A HUGE shoutout to Maria on the MedSpa side and my nail tech Kayla! Both of these wonderful ladies are absolutely amazing, keep things real with me and allow me to express my genuine self. Kayla, hands down, is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Not only is she an amazing, bubbly person who listened to my ideas, but her accuracy is precise! Maria takes ALL of your medical past into consideration before anything and I truly am thankful to have this place as my go-to."
"I visit at least once a month health permitting and would not go anywhere else. Isaac is so attentive with my skin care/facials and I appreciate how he tailors the service based on current conditions. If you frequently get pedicures, manicures, facials, hair services, etc I highly recommend their membership program. The monthly credit does not expire and you get discounts off products and services. Well worth it!"
