"I want to first say the employees here are so nice and down to earth when it comes to giving knowledge about the shoes and brands and what’s trending etc! Now I am no sneaker head on any way but I have teen boys one of which just turned 20 and Keon was so patient with me when it came to helping pick a shoe out for my 20 yr old son’s birthday! As indecisive as I was he answered all my questions and checked the inventory on the many many many shoes I looked at lol! He helped me pick out a shoe that my son ended up really liking! Thank you to everybody that helped especially Keon!!! Will definitely be back!!!!"

"I had a store check the computer at one location miles away. Found a pair of Jordans in my size, visit that 2nd location in person. The store associate checked 3 times with the “manager” (I am guessing). Then both were angry that I asked if they too can check their computer to find my size. Something fishy is going on and it is not fair to consumers. Shoe Palace since none of your stores in Arizona answer phone calls please contact me."
