"Great customer service and very profssional. At first I was a bit sceptical of trying microblading but a good friend of mine recommended Marvella since she had amazing result and was very happy with her results. So I went in for my free consultation and Marvella was very professional and friendly. She took the time to first draw in my brows to show me what the shape would look like and also explained in detail what the process would be for the end results. For my type of skin it took very well on the second touch up. The first time still looked like it needed a bit more work but she explained how that is what the touch is for. So I waited patiently for my touch up. I got my touch about 6 weeks after and they turned out beautifully. They look very symmetrical and she did a great job at matching the best color for my skin tone. Marvella also did a great job at fixing my issue with my uneven shape. I'm so glad I finally don't have to draw in my eyebrows anymore and I'm loving all the compliments. The price was also decent compared to other places. I also felt very comfortable and relaxed in a clean environment. Overall I am very happy with my microblading results and the service. I would definitely recommend Marvella Beauty and Microblading."

"The place is clean and at first I was happy with my results. She got some shape to my brows and she darkened them. I went home and washed my face later than night and found that half of my eyebrows weren't actually microbladed but rather "shaded". I had a follow up within the 6 weeks so I didn't worry about ot because she would fix it. Today I messaged her to confirm my appointment. First off, I should have been contacted by her, not the other way around. So that's unprofessional. Two, when I was there for my initial appointment, she said a fill in was $50. Today I asked to confirm, now its $100. So mind you I already paid $250 and my brows have some shape but are missing the ends, and for her to touch them up its almost half of the original price that has also changed? Also my brows are uneven. My righr eyebrow is higher and longer than my left eyebrow. So I'll post pictures when i get home and shower since they are currently drawn in. Just so you can see how half of both brows are gone as well as how they are uneven. If you're looking for a more professional setting with quality work for a good price, skip this place and go elsewhere. Also another note, after I asked why the price for a touch up changed from $50 to $100, I did not receive an answer. So now, I'll be looking for another person who does microblading and pay full price once more to get this botched up job fixed. Just wait till I show you the photos guys. Youll see what i mean. I wouldn't recommend Marvella. Please please please do yourself a service and save your money and get the job done the right way the first time. Mind you i am currently 3 weeks from the original microblading job!! I am absolutely blown away at the lack of consistency and lack of customer care."
