"Friday evening 8/26/22 my group of three (2ladies & a young girl) when in to buy shoes, the assistant manager and one employee tended two customers together and ignored us, we sat for almost 15 minutes with no greeting or help. The employee did make eye contact with us and turned and walked to the back of the store without saying anything to us. When one of us ask for their names, the assistant manager still did not offer any apology or help. We left without making a purchase. but we did find better help and customer service across the way."
