"After searching forever, I've found a place where I could get a double cheeseburger with everything on it that didn't make a sloppy mess trying to eat it. And it was very good, I like my burgers in me not all over my hands, or napkins. 5 stars,and well done Dairy Queen !!"
"I ordered a simple blizzard and burger/sandwich, the sandwich took an ungodly amount of time to be finished which I gracefully understood. In my time waiting I witnessed a roach crawling on the ceiling. Now I'm not an expert but in my experience watching a plethora of educational television on networks such as Discovery and A&E, if you can see one roach that means there are a HUNDRED you can't and that kind of stat is concerning to say the least. The young man Tony/Antony/Anthony? (I didn't have my reading glasses on) was quite disrespectful and I heard a insulting term likely directed at me when I asked about my sandwich. I wouldn't go here again if you paid me, and did y'all stop doing the drink flipping? because mine was not which I suspect had to do with the fact that it was definitely runnier than usual."
"I placed an order in the app and they told me to arrive at 9:50pm. I rolled up and the light was out in the drive through so I pulled right up to the window where the employees all looked at me and refused to talk to me and were horsing around over a broom. I reversed back to the dark menu and they curtly said “we’re closed” over the speaker. It wasn’t 10 yet. The app didn’t warn me they were close to closing. I told them about my mobile order and they told me to pull up to the window. The same people who ignored me for 5 minutes 30 seconds ago handed me my icecream. I work food service I get that closing is annoying but you have to keep consistent hours. All the employees handled the situation poorly and I left so agitated at the pettiness. I’d say I won’t come here again but I will and I’ll keep complaining when they are rude."
"They gave me half of a cold brownie didn’t put it in the oven at all. And the small cone had no domes and was not up to branch standard. Every employe needs to be retrained and/or fired. Please corporate come review this store as it is awful."
