"I came here at 12:15 and no one was operating the store and the store was closed. But the operating hours are 9am-7pm SAT. there wasn’t a sign either that said they were “out to lunch” and what time they’ll be back. It’s unprofessional to leave the store during operating hours and not have a message to let customers know. Now I have to go to the competitors"
"I went into the Blythe Verizon store to purchase 2 apple 14 iPhones. The guy had no idea what he was doing. The manager April Hoover came over and fixed everything. And then she left to help others. The employee began to set up my 2 phones. After I left I continued to have problems with my phone. I went back and spoke to him and was told he could not fix my phones. So I just lived with the problem. After about a year I decided my problem needed to be solved. I went back to the store in Blythe and asked for the manager April Hoover knowing that she could definitely fix my problems. I was told that she no longer works there. I asked can someone here fix my problem and I was told that it’s a Verizon problem and they couldn’t help me. I had to take my phones to palm desert Verizon and they were fixed within a few minutes. I shouldn’t have to drive over 100 miles to get my phone fixed when we have a Verizon store here locally. BRING BACK APRIL HOOVER. I will not be doing business with this local store until she is back."
