"I've been going to Rite Aid for some years now after Blythe Drug temporarily closed. The pharmacy and floor staff there are very nice and friendly . I've never had a negative experience with the staff there (and that includes the pharmacy staff) and I am HUGE on customer service. The only drawback is (like all the other reviews), the pharmacy. Those poor overworked souls are extremely understaffed. The low amount of pharmacy staff doesn't really make sense as this is one of 2 or 3 pharmacies in town. I'm not sure if it's a corporate issue with hiring staff but something really needs to be done. Instead of getting the canned response from Rite Aid on the review board, how about actually taking heed of the reviews and work on adding extra staff to the pharmacy."
