"I went in yesterday 1/28/24 about 1pm ish. It was my first visit. I walked up to the check in window. It was tinted and dark so you can't see in. No one greets you. I walked away and then walked back to the window. Finally I saw a white hand so I passed my ID. No words exchanged. My girlfriend walked up with her digital id. Arizona has digital and must be used at dispensaries. BTW the other places take it due to it scans and has watermarks. The guy at the window finally talked. Without looking to see the id he just said no. I'm OK if you don't except it but please talk. You are the first interaction and should be polite. If it wasn't for the cheap prices at the time we would of walked away. It was awkward and the window should be more customer friendly at check in. Once inside the lady at the counter was great. Reason for the 2 stars. She deserves 5 but overall brings it down due to the window guy. If saving 5 bucks is the reason, do go here. If you want friendly from start to finish hit up the other place. Communication goes along way and this should never of been a bad experience. He could of asked for the card and maybe said hello instead of leaving me wondering around trying to figure how to check in. The product is also good and no complaints there. Update. There is a different security guard. An older white haired gentlemen. He is polite and talks. That changed the whole experience."

"Definitely disappointed in how I was treated after spending $30 on a clogged cartridge. Dicky said they wouldn't exchange it because it was working fine. Had to come back the next day when it was clogged to show them. And still gave me a hard time, but exchanged it."
