"We came from out of state for a wedding. My son was the ring bearer and his tuxedo had been ordered through a different shop in the area. We tried his tuxedo on as soon as we received it (the night before the wedding) and it was awful. It looked cheap and didn't fit at all. I searched for other companies and found The Tuxedo Lady. I contacted her the second her shop opened on the DAY OF the wedding. She measured, altered, and had a new tuxedo to us within 30 minutes. My son received so many compliments on his tuxedo. He looked like a million bucks. I can't recommend this place enough."

"I would not recommend this place especially if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to fake jewelry or metals. We rented out this tux’s for my fathers wedding and I had worn the outfit the majority of the night and I go to the bathroom and see my skin was red and rashy from my chest down to my belly button. Also I wasn’t able to take my tux in yesterday because I was having car issues and the lady was notified and said it was okay but I went in and first thing she said was “ That would be a $25 dollar late fee” and Sunday they weren’t open so it didn’t give me a chance to get it in. So overall I wouldn’t recommend even when I got fitted and tried it on the lady was pretty rude and cranky.Will not be renting or returning again!!"

"If I could rate The Tuxedo Lady more than 5 stars I would. Ms. Marlene means business and is very knowledgeable about her business. My cousin wanted to wear a tux for her sisters Quinceañera and no tux shops in LA would help her. She found this place by doing a quick Google search and she had a gut instinct she would find what she was looking for because of the name. After a 3 minute call with Ms. Marlene while on the arriving to Phoenix we showed up, my cousin got measured and Ms. Marlene hand picked everything for her Tux look. She looked awesome. The fit was perfect and the pants Ms. Marlene picked for her were not too boxy or male looking. I think she rocked the tux look! If any women are looking for a tuxedo don’t even try any other place. Ms. Marlene will take care of you. She has a huge selection and inventory and her pricing was superb. Thank you Ms. Marlene for your assistance."
