"This place treats you like family. I've been purchasing banquet attire since 2015. I won't go anywhere else. They have my size perfect. I'm a small petite with hard to find sizes. Roses, make sure you're fitted and happy with your rental or purchases before leaving. This past year, I've used them twice in a 6 month period for school dances for my child. Each time, they treated my child with patience and respect. Both owners who have encountered my child took extra time to explain options and show pictures to my nervous child, putting him at ease. This made getting our dance attire easier than I had originally anticipated."

"Son had Jr year prom. Went here as they advertised suit rental. Whomever son worked with here convinced him to wear a tux instead of a suit (TYVM!). He came out on top, looked very sharp. I loved it, so did son. Already have reminder set up for his Sr year prom next year."

"Couldn’t be more pleased. Rented clothing for my Junior’s prom - they just got everything right. 1- They called us back: before going in on a Sat morning , we called in to verify hours. It was posted in after-hours message. But, 3 min later, and 10 min before they were open. We got a call back saying “sorry we missed you, how can we help”. 2- They made us felt “seen” : we walked into a busy store (a good sign) - but through the hustle to make other people feel taken care of, they still actively sought eye contact, and let us know they’d be right with us - and they were. They made sure the wait wasn’t too much. 3- Very efficiently helped my teen get exactly what he wanted. They were just spot on with listening, versus hurrying him through… like they knew more about what he wanted than he did (which I’m sure they did). 4- (and this is my favorite) - we were supposed to pick up the clothing on Thursday before the dance. I wanted to go with him, because I’m a little jaded on service, especially post-COVID. In general, I was worried about what could go wrong - what they could blame on my kid - and how we wouldn’t be able to remedy until after the dance … if it could be remedied. But… time was short, and it was easier for him to go in without me. When he got home, I asked how thing went. With his rented clothing in tow, he told me went great. And… they didn’t even just shove him out the door with the legally mandated attire. They had him try it on - he didn’t like the fit of the pants - and they fixed it. He looked great - the product was as quality as the service. And ya know - In hindsight. I’m genuinely grateful - as a parent - for my child to see what “courteous” and “pro-active” and “professional” look like. Like… it just gave us a moment to say how great Someone did their job - and why it was great. Our kids need that. Rose Tuxedo isn’t just make the world look better … they honestly making it better with the intangibles we so often take for granted. We don’t know them - have never used them before. We’re new to the area. Just wanted to sat - we see you Rose Tuxedo … Thank you !"
