"At this location first time we were here, we weren't helped and the employees just talk with each other instead of helping. 2nd time I was here at 11.30am on a Sunday and they state they open at 11am. I see employees walking around and not even telling the customers that are waiting outside if the store is about to open. We tried to get their attention and they simply ignore us. Any other Vans store is better then this one"

"No one really cares about one customers review, but I'll post it anyway. Terrible customer service is all i can say. I ask an associate to check the availability of an item at another location. The associate responde, saying vans outlets are under cyber attack, and all the locations do not have internet or phone services. As I walked out, I asked the person at the register, "How are you accepting credit cards if the internet is down?" The associate replied that "our register works with cash and cards. Only a few stores are affected by cyber attacks. " I told them the person in the shoe department just said all the stores' internet are out of service. The person at the registered responded with an attitude and disrespectful tone. If the sales associate are gonna lie, make sure their stories are the same. What ever happened to customer service? There were plenty of associates to help me out with my request."

"I came in here looking for a particular shoe that was on my daughter's, birthday, wishlist. I looked around for quite a while, and could not locate it anywhere. Did I receive assistance from anyone? Nope! At least, not for nearly ten minutes. I could hear the employee's talking amongst themselves near the register. An employee just happened to be walking by to the back room, and asked if I needed help. Of course I did! I told her what I needed since the color shoe was not on the shelf. She brought it out, and asked me to look at it, and see if it looked okay. It seemed bubbly on the bottom sides of the rubber around the shoe, but she said it was normal and to "look at her shoes." She asked me to try them on, and I told her that they were a gift, and I asked if they offered Military discounts. She mentioned that they do, and that I needed my ID. Well, great! I told her that I did not have it with me (I switch purses to match my outfits, and left it at home). I told her I would have to go back home to get it, and to hold it for me, and I, or my husband would come back and get them. No, she didn't take my word for it. So, an hour later, I went home, came back with husband in tow, and had him go in to get them. Nice 42 minute, round-trip, back again! I only went back because it was the closest store that had the shoe my daughter wanted for her birthday, the next day. No, I would NOT come back here. They need to focus on their number one priority - THE CUSTOMER!! They do have cute merchandise."
