"On December 10, 2023 at 10:57 am I return a tumbler which was broken and I asked the barista also believe it was the manager with her if I can get my refund but they said no I have to contact customer service which I did but they told me that they didn’t let me get my refund so they told me to contact the location which I don’t have a email or number from this manager from Starbucks"

"First time ever trying Starbucks (I don’t usually drink much coffee) and today was a great day to do it! The Barista was very kind and helped me pick something I thought I would like and then she said since it was my first time it would be on the house! Wow! You don’t see customer service like that these days and she was manning the counter and the drinks solo! It was 2/8/2023 at 9am. Keep that worker!"
"Don't think this is the correct place. I couldn't find a picture of the one I visited. The one I was looking for had an outdoor seating area with plug ins. Space was limited as you walked in and no place was allotted for waiting for your coffee to be finished. We ordered food and received that right away. Our coffees took over 20 minutes. I was surprised my eggs were still warm."
