"Very few open dressing rooms had to go all around trying to find one. Selection is limited in women's areas. Always says more online but need to try on so...prices super high. Little girls dresses 70$? What are they designer looking china?? Boys plus size consists of 3 shabby racks of nothing wearable. Kmart style. Forget the more online: kids need to try on. Cashiers don't seem to like their jobs. Pretend they can't see you waiting in line...until you go up to counter. Plus most wheelchair doors supposed to open: don't."

"Tried to buy socks. Didn't get socks because she (Delores) couldn't sell them to me with no tag. Then tried to charge me for the most expensive pair as a compromise. Customer service is not good. Keep your socks. BTW Ivan was on point."

"My wife and I sent shopping here today while walking around the mall. I found a pair of Wrangler jeans and a Wranger shirt that I liked. The shirt was on sale and so were the jeans per the signs on the same stack and their labels. Attached to the sign for the jeans was a note that we could take an additional 20% off by downloading the JC Penny app and showing a coupon. When I was checking out, the sale was processed for the shirt but the sale price didn't come up for the jeans and it also wouldn't accept the 20% coupon. The person checking me out went to talk to a manager and she got the sale price approved for the shirt. However, I asked her about the 20% which also should work but she said it didn't. I showed that it was attached to the sale sign it should work. She left again to actually get a manager and she told me that they can only do one discount or the other. I showed that that is not what the sale sign said since it said I could get an additional 20% off. I asked why that 20% coupon sign is attached to the sign if it doesn't apply. They weren't willing to honor what the sign said so I just told them I wasn't interested and left. That was a waste of my time and shows how bad JC Penny has gotten over the years. I decided I would rather just spend more money somewhere else and get exactly what is advertised (or not advertised)."

"Surprised to see that JC penny was still around but happy to see it was well-stocked. Came by to look for infant clothes and they had a great array of styles! Bathrooms are on the southwest corner of the store by the infant section and are kept well clean. They also sell forever 21 clothes"
