"This store employees are very rude. I went in at 2:30 pm on 1/3/24 and asked an employee for the price on an item , she told me it’s on the tag and 50 percent off that . The item had no price on it. I ask her the second time and she told me the same and she added that I should get out because I was having a cart from JC penny . I asked for the manager to come out and talk to me. I asked for the store policies and she refused to provide. I told her how arrogant her employee was to me. I had the cart for a reason to Cary my shopping stuff because my back pain . Anyways I told her I will call the CEO at Corporate office. This is illegal to refuse to present the store policies when customers ask for it . There is no such signage in the store to not bring carts inn . No restrictions are displayed nor policies. Shame on this store and its management. That’s a bad treatment and we can take measures against you, and your misstreatment towards the customers. At 4 pm I went back to the store to ask again for the store policies and where are they displayed. To this time I talk to an employee that was very nice (Linda or Lisa ) and she show me where the customer policies are being displayed. I ask her if there are any other additional policies displayed, and she said no. Those are the only ones. None of them show that customers should not enter with carts or other assisted devices . I will hand this misstreatment to my Attorney. You ladies /employees need a good lesson and also the Corporate office that should display the restrictions in the store in a visible place place for everyone to read."

"Worst customer service. My wife and MIL waited in line for 30-35 minutes to pay. Two cashiers were there when they got in line and as soon as the line grew longer, one of the cashiers up and left as the other one was struggling with a difficult customer. Unbelievable. Then when asked about a specific sale, the cashier gave the wrong info and the store lost out in over $300 in their two purchases. Incredible. Worst VS any of us ever experienced."

"It was time to upgrade and get new sizes of my favorite intimates. The store was stocked with a good amount of bras my size which I could never find in most retail stores. I was helped by 2 women. Maria was the MOST helpful. She gave advice and many styles to try plus she educated me on how to find, adjust and fit the right size for me. In my 51 years I was blindly searching and now after today I know what works!"
