"Went here with my fiancé for dinner after he proposed. The food was great, there was live music, and the staff were exceptionally nice. I think everyone went out of their way to congratulate us, which was so kind. Highly recommend! A big thank you to our waiter Brandi who was amazing and to the manager!"

"Went for lunch yesterday with 3 friends prior to golfing. I ordered the tomato soup as my side with the reuben sandwich . The soup was amazing, made from scratch and I was left wanting more. My companions all loved their meal and I was looking at the beef dip as also amazing. Lots of sliced beef within a fresh bun. I eat here frequently and was surprised to see the negative reviews about 5 or 6 months ago. The golf course was undergoing re-construction of the greens so maybe the regular staff was not on hand with their reduced volumes of guests at the restaurant. I'm looking forward to coming back for the prime rib. It is always spot on and their home made horse radish makes a perfect challenge to eat with the meat. I always order a dry gin martini here and i feel it is the best martini that is every made in a bar/restaurant. Supper meals should be reserved at least a day ahead of time, they do get busy. Thank you management and staff."

"The food was good and the atmosphere of this establishment is nice. Had the prime rib and it was great. We did notice the cut of the prime rib was inconsistent, two king cuts and one was noticeably smaller. We had the walleye which was good, but not for the price $$$ and the portion size for the fish was pretty small. Server was kind of slow and not real attentive we thought."

"We went here on the advice of a friend. She said the food was really good. Well our trip was not that good. First of all two of us had the Walleye Which she had told us was very good. The picture she shared with the last time she ate there looked very appealing. What we were served was nothing like her last meal here. First of all the portion was very small, and prepared differently. I had sauteed brussel sprouts, which were pretty much raw ( barely warm). Possibly the worst sprouts I have ever had. 3 others in our party had the prime rib, which they liked and was better than expected. Probably the worst part of our evening was the service. Our waiter seemed nice but that was as far as that went. He never checked in on us, we had to track him down several times for missing silverware, water, and other things. I've gotten better service at fast food places and sports bars. For the prices they charge this place is not worth going to."

"Amazing food and fantastic staff! I have eaten here a couple of times now and every time it has been outstanding. I have tried the Chicken Alfredo, tater skins, chipotle burger and salad and they’ve all been fresh and delicious. The croutons are soft and appeared to be freshly prepared (not the hard boxed croutons). The chipotle burger was my favorite and will certainly order again. The burger was flame broiled and cooked to perfection. I paired the burger with sweet potato fries and they were light and tasty! I highly recommend this hidden gem!"
