"I dont give reviews on many resturants, however Kona Grill Gilbert has to be the worst in all of Arizona. My family (4) had the worst experience and meal in about a decade. I knew I should of left as soon as I noticed 3 other familes get up and leave after just ordering soft drinks. Lets start with my 11 year olds kid pizza. Very bland and tasted like plato. My sons 43 dollar steak and fries had no taste and was over cooked (see picture) and felt it was reheated rather then cooked. Now my fish and chips takes the show. (See picture) This was 37 dollars. Now you may ask well you ordered the fish. Yes but i did not expect a school lunch fish chips to show up at my table. I was expecting a big piece of fish as EVERYONE knows normal fish and chips run you around 13 to 18 in the area after researching this. Now my wifes french dip and mac and cheese was amazing and she loved it. This place is way over priced and you do not get quality food or portions for your meal. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO KONA GRILL - hope this review helps your decison."

"my familys first time there. while we waited for a table of 3 adults and 4 kids I'm assuming she was the manager, she had blonde hair and she was very nice as she interacted with myself and my children I loved it. we got our table ordered our food the kids got kids cheese burgers with Mac n cheese and sweet potatoe fries, salmon and rice, salmon and fries and pizza with fries and rice. we got appetizers of the calamari, clam chowder, seabass sliders then we got salmon and fried rice(not pictured) and some shrimp stir fry. and also the ribeye meatballs(not pictured but sooooo good) and shrimp tempura sushi roll the food was ok I just don't think the prices match the food. I didn't care for the calamari but my niece did I really liked the meatballs the fried rice and teriyaki salmon was good I just need more sauce to pour on the food the experience was good nice staff I would go back customer service was on point for me"
