Chipotle Mexican Grill

"We've been going to this Chipotle every week for a little over a year now. Chipotle continues to be the leader in quick, healthy(ish) food that still feels like you are getting what you paid for. Everywhere seems to having its struggles in a post-pandemic world, but for the most part, this Chipotle has delivered excellent results. We only ever use the Mobile ordering system, and I'd say 8 out of 10 times the order is ready when we arrive at the time specified at the app. A few times we've arrived to absolutely 0 people in the main line, but only one person working diligently to get the online orders out. I understand it can be frustrating, and I always wondered why the other staff aren't allowed to hop in and help, but like I said, this is not the case all the time. The food quality has been consistent with us, as we always order the same thing. On occasion (as with any Chipotle), I don't feel like I got a full scoop of 4 oz of protein...but again its rare. My GF is vegan and always orders the Sofritas, and on several occasions, she has found one single piece of steak or chicken in her bowl. It doesn't happen often to deter us from ordering again, but its a nasty surprise for her. I'd say that is the only negative to this place, and why I marked it down a star. I enjoy eating this meal once a week, but would ask that the staff who makes the orders, take a little time to make sure there isn't cross contamination with dietary restrictions like that. And I don't know what it is about making the chips, but every bag is a gamble of whether we are going to get completely stale, overly salted, saturated with oil, or perfect chips."

"I ordered dinner at this location. When I picked it up and got home, I saw it was a completely different order. They placed my name over a Doordash order. I called the location immediately. The woman who answered was so nice and apologized. She said they would make it right. She got a manager on the phone. The manager said the only they could do was to come back now. I told him I couldn’t that I didn’t live close and it was late. He said than their was nothing he could do, for me to call the 1800 number. I told him that it was not my fault, and he said that they couldn’t do nothing else. Terrible experience, we had to buy food elsewhere and spend more money."

"I was so disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle location. My husband ordered a burrito. We've never had any issues with any of our food until today. The burrito was so small! It was so not worth the $13. Then, after we paid the girl didnt even put all of our items on a tray. She literally just shoved everything over to us. We managed to grab everything (bowl, burrito, chips, queso, side of salsa and drink) but geeez. Next, onto the seating area. Its a small dining area but it was so dirty!!! Food all over the floor. All the tables were dirty. It was a mess. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in days. And one of the window coverings was just hanging, making the place look that much more less taken care of. Definitely not a location that seeks to look well upkept, and clean and just inviting. This restaurant, just like all restaurants everywhere, live off of their customers. Thats why the place is open, because you obtain customers who enjoy what you offer. So, at least as a form of gratitude towards those who spend their hard earned money eating at your location, KEEP YOUR PLACE CLEAN! And train your employees to properly serve the food AND properly hand the customer their food! I didn't catch the name of the girl who served the food or cashed us out but it was whoever was on the clock on 1/27, around 3:45pm."

"The food was great as always - you cannot go wrong with chipotle! This location’s staff was kind and helpful, even though they forgot our two tortillas. Mistakes happen! The outdoor seating was very cleanly and inviting. It was also not very loud outside which was nice."

"I eat at Chipotle's all over. This one is clean and the food tastes great as t as usual. The service was not as good. I think they were training new people, our food got cold while waiting for the guy that puts the guacamole, lettuce and that sort of thing at the end next to the register. I love that they have plant based options and that's what we asked for. We had a vegetarian burrito bowl. I will come back to this location next time I am in the area.
