"Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They care zero about pleasing their customers! I had lunch with a group of friends. I ordered the Taco Salad. The entire top of the salad was full of avocado. unfortunately I am allergic and could not eat it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she totally ignored me. She did not even bother to correct the situation, did not care nor did she offer to make it right . I consider this to be very poor customer service. The waitress did not even care that I could not eat my lunch! I asked her if she could just bring me a small salad. She did not even do that, therefore I ate chips. This is not the only time I have had a bad incident at this restaurant. It has happened before. The food is good but because of such bad customer service I would not ever return!"
"Friendly service, delicious food, fast service. Every time we eat here we are never disappointed. It doesn’t matter how early or late we come they’re always happy to serve their clients. It feels like coming home after a long day of work. Staff has always been patient with our little ones, by offering them coloring pages. This is always a plus."
"Very good salsa! The bean dip was tasty & creamy. Had a carne asada burro & chicken taco combo. Very pleased with food quality & quantity and the prices! I'll definitely be back & bring my daughter whom loves a good bean dip."
"Tonight we ordered take out which I drove and picked up. Upon opening up our meals both were wrong. I received two chicken enchiladas dressed in green sauce instead of what I requested which was one chicken in green sauce and one cheese in red sauce. My husband received a shrimp mango quesadilla instead of a chicken mango quesadilla (which could have resulted in a medical emergency if he was allergic to shellfish). Frustrated and certainly did not deserve the tip I provided upon picking up."
"Food is good. We eat here often. They have a hard time answering the phone for takeout so we started dining in more than takeout. Tampiquena plate is excellent and costs $17.95. Steak Fajita plate is excellent and costs $18.99. Fish and chips is $12.99"
