"I went to this Popeyes to get myself dinner. I was VERY unhappy with my order. The employee thought that it was funny to mistaken my strawberry biscuit as a normal biscuit. She even said “There’s a surprise in there for you”. I came back in Popeyes and told the cashier that they got my order wrong. She was kind enough to give me 2 strawberry biscuits. I’m not coming back EVER AGAIN."
"This location has terrible customer service. Absolutely 0 personality or character. They can't even count your change back to you. They don't really want your business, so you might as well go somewhere else that appreciates your business."
"If I could give less than 1 star I would, every time I’ve come they always forget minimum 2 sides but it’s never enough to make me come back for something that small. This time they forgot 2 sides as usual but also I took a bite of undercooked chicken tenders and that was the final straw. Came back and talked to manager and he tried to argue with me over whether the chicken was really undercooked. This is the closest location to my house and my kids love Popeyes but I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I will drive a bit farther next time I decide to get Popeyes. Also while I was waiting for them to redo my food I had a chance to look around the lobby and noticed how dirty the entire lobby area is. Just gross"
"Management seems poor, missing items, very little fries portion, (they're so good tho). Inside is welcoming but tables are usually not fully cleaned with crumbs on them. Food is yummy."
"This is my go-to Popeyes, and it has served me well. I love the crispy, spicy chicken. I came in today for the Oreo Cheese Cake Cup and a side of Ghost Pepper wings. Let's be candid: few people can eat real ghost pepper anything, so these are really the Fisher-Price version. Kids can eat these. Tasty, but not hot at all. The Oreo Cheese Cake Cup was a disappointment. Like eating cookie dough. Cookie dough is good, but it's not cheese cake. I'll be back but won't order this dessert."
