"Took a trip here on Saturday girl was friendly but forgot my cookies. Came in today Monday to get sub and my missing cookies manager was abrasively rude dirty look and just overall depressing. She also tried to tell me that wanting my meat not to be with my cheese was incorrect and i sould have my sub the way that SHE wanted to fix it. Also just huffy through the whole experience. She also goes on to look me up and down to not believe me when i say that i was the one missing cookes even though i called in saturday. If her dirty look could light me on fire i would be in heaven now. I go to subway 5 times a week will never go back to this one. I love the Raintree location. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. That includes getting almost shot at the mcdonalds in Phoenix!"
"Would give a zero to this location if I could. When we came in we ordered three subs, the sandwich maker set out one piece of bread and said “you didn’t tell me the bread for the other” once we said the kind of bread he put out a second piece. Unsure if he heard us say three, we said “we need a total of three subs” and he rudely said “I know. You’ve said it three times”. From our perspective, we were unsure if we were heard correctly and just wanted to make sure we got what we ordered. We will not be going back to this location. This subway needs to improve their customer service big time."
