"I wish I could give MORE stars. I ordered catering from the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Scottsdale Road for a Broker Open House. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process, from the ease of ordering, to picking up the food (and it was still hot) and the simple, yet effective package with all sandwiches labeled. Additionally, they included generous portions of mustard, mayo and hot peppers, plus plates, napkins and utensils. I would highly recommend Potbelly's catering for an easy entertaining experience. Plus, I utilized their app and got tons of points and free food!"
"Grew up having your sandwiches at the original location on Lincoln in Chicago. And since moving to Arizona I've been going to locations here. The quality of your product has been going down to sht. Sorry to say. Very disappointing At least your service is still good."
"Ate here 11/13/23 ordered the steak sandwich. Got food poisoning can't even leave the bathroom (all day). Food "tasted" awesome but something was definitely not sanitary. This was during opening hours and was not sick prior. 30 min after I ate the food here, had to pull over. *******Highly Recommend health and safety audit through the city******* employees seem to not care about their positions, "you're just another customer tip me for doing my normal job" excellent customer service comes from paying your employees good (owner) not paying poorly and asking for handouts. Quality of sanitation would greatly improve. Even if you have to charge more. Worth it to the consumer. Honest review of your business. I think you need to revisit your business model/structure, you service a high end community with 1 star staff and sanitation. Strive for 5 stars and hire people that want to work there instead of making an easy buck based off location. City has been notified for your benefit long term."
"Service was quick and easy. I really enjoyed the perfectly toasted sandwich. Flavors were great. My wife got a smoothie and really enjoyed it as well. All together great experience, I will be coming again."
"Fast service, great options. Edit: I am from out of town and definitely went back a second day to order the same thing! This place has the sandwich shop formula quite correct. While I was there both team members were engaged and super friendly. Loved them pickles!!"
