"I am not a ramen expert by any means so I cannot say how JINYA compares to other ramen restaurants in the valley, but it was delicious! I did have a ramen expert with me though and she said it was very good. We got the spicy tuna mini tacos, crispy rice and the tonkotsu black. I added the brussels sprouts and they were incredible."
"The restaurant aesthetic was architecturally gorgeous with great use of wood, glass, and metal in the lighting, shelving, furniture and decor. Food-wise? Absolutely tasty and delicious! Service? Spot on and consistent. Our server was amazing and it made our first time visit even more awesome! As far as going back, hell yes I would go back!"
"Excited to see what this place will be like when it opens up. During our visit they were still training the staff and getting all up and running. --- Edit 01/11/2024: They are now open and the verdict is -- it is amazing. Went later in the evening, so it was a bit louder, but fantastic food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. The table seating is packed a little tight, so I would recommend sitting by the bar. Definitely will go again."
"The food was really good and reasonably priced. The staff was very nice, the waiter very attentive. The ambiance is nice, with pretty decor. I would have given a five star to atmosphere but the music was extremely loud. More like nightclub volume. It made it difficult to have a conversation, taking away from an otherwise great dinner experience."
