"The tempura green beans are amazing! They need to better manage their dining room. Kids without parents and weren't customers, messing around putting their feet on the tables should have been asked to go to the outside tables where they could hang out and be kids."
"What started as a frustrating visit, turned very pleasant. My daughter and I went there for dinner last night. No cashier was available so we had to order via kiosk. The kiosk began to give us issues and we asked for help. The manager assisted us but then we where over charged. When we got our food they forgot 2 of our sauces, our drink, then my daughters fries. We got frustrated at this point. We where Hangry! The manager was working hard and got our sauce, our drink and fresh fries. He also adjusted our check fixing our over charge. Although these mistakes frustrated us. He was sincere and very considerate. Because he cared we will be back to this location because the food was great and the atmosphere was clean. Everyone makes mistakes but he genuinely made it right. PATIENCE IS KEY!"
"Don't go here! We love some Habit...BUT this location is a hard NO! This location needs new management for sure. With my almost 30 years of customer service... this was bad. Once again, needs new management. My Teriyaki Burger had no teriyaki sauce and no pineapple! My friends Ahi Tuna Filet had no tartar sauce. The app did not charge for sauce, but when we picked the order up. They would NOT give us sauce without CHARGING us for it. Even though we had 4 orders of green beans and 2 onion rings...... they only gave us 2 sides of ranch. And the manager Kimberly...... wouldn't even budge for some ranch even after their mess up. "Tool 30 minutes to get our entire order. Watched my chicken and onion rings sit In a window for 10minutes. Watched employee conflict happen in front of us while waiting for food. Chicken so dry and dark like they redropped it instead of making new. Total waste of 45.00 never again. Avoid this place."
