"The staff is always very friendly. I go here daily. They know my drink when I walk in. My favorite Starbucks location!"
"The person who took my order disregarded all Starbucks training and did the opposite of what basic customer service looks like. He actually was beating to his own drum, which was annoying because he didn't say hello, smile, ask for our name, got the drink wrong, didn't say thank you and was touching his face and head. Then the barista remade my drink twice and got the drink wrong twice. I am sure this is due to a manager who doesn't care, but when you go in for a drink that has three items in the cup and they forget a different item twice, it seems like this store needs training. I would go to another Starbucks, easy solution! Or hava java :)"

"Dirty tables, floors and sidewalk . The seating area outside looks horrible , very dirty. No napkins or utensils available . When I asked for a fork for my food , the clerk gave me looks if I was bothering her. Not going back to this place again , ever"
