"I come here all the time and I’ve been to several other locations near the area and will say this one is best!! Service (even tho or was drive thru) is incredible!! Chris made sure we were well taken care of, he seemed happy & full of joy, he has the prime employee attitude and definitely is an asset to Dunkin. Zoey is a sweetheart as well, food is always excellent! 10/10!!"
"I drove into the parking lot at 5:15 pm and there was aale employee with a beard hanging out of the drive thru window vaping. This is completely not okay. I hope this reaches a higher manager"
"You can tell they are short-staffed but the store manager did a phenomenal job getting through the drive thru line! Happy they had pumpkin spice syrup still. I ordered an Iced coffee with pumpkin spice and it was so good. Can't wait to try the rest of the holiday menu"
"8 am on a Saturday. Every single table in an empty lobby is dirty with cup rings, leftover napkins and food crumbs. The trash is stuffed. I order the egg bites and they are all out. Then I ordered the avocado toast. Picture shows 2 slices and it only comes on one slice. There was a hair in the box of mini donut holes. This is a new location! The display box was dirty. Just horrible. Four workers in their teens or twenties and no one wiped down the tables first thing? Ridiculous."
"We have been to a lot of Dunkin's who have similar customer service to this one. We come in a couple times a week and look forward to seeing Nalani for their friendly and personable service. Last time we came they were on drive through but still came to the front to make sure my latte was made how I like it. We have also came in when they were out of chocolate munchkins and they had fresh ones ready for us in 30 minutes. Not a lot of Dunkin's will do that. The building is very clean and nice now, we were unsure at first how it would be due due past businesses that have been at this location."
