"The young lady behind the counter has the personality of a rock, No hello no what can I get for you, no thank you just the same "I hate being here" look on her face to everyone she "helped". The fries were hot but probably because I asked for no salt. The shake was just milk perhaps the "machine was broken" but I paid 4.30 for a cup of milk with whip on top, at least it was vanilla flavor. This place needs to do better."

"After reading some of the recent past reviews it is quite shocking. I go to this McDonald’s almost every morning and mobile order the same thing each time. They always have my order ready and on the counter when I arrive. The ladies behind the counter are always working hard and quickly (mornings are super busy). They always greet me and tell me to have a nice day and make eye contact which is great customer service. One lady who is blonde and wears a messy bun (has a different colored shirt so I’m guessing she is a manger?) she displays great customer service with a great attitude and professionalism. When I’ve been in the drive through the gentleman(someone in a previous comment said he was African? Not sure) is super friendly and a great attitude. I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience here before. Management might want to look into what going on during 2nd & 3rd shift. Whatever is being implemented in the mornings should also apply through out the day in regard to customer service and customer interaction. Thank you!"

"Every single time I come to the drive thru I'm met with a TERRIBLE additude by quite every single employee who seem as if they're too good to be over there, the only person who's been keeping a consistent additude is the African gentleman in the 1st window. Besides that it's teenage girls who talk to you like you're their parents and can't even give you more than 2 ketchup packets if you ask for some. GUYS TRUST ME ITS DEFINITELY THE MANAGEMENTS FAULT HERE AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS SO POORLY!!!!"

"Every time I visit this location this employees car is parked right up front of establishment and is usually parked like this. making it difficult to park next to. Judging from the poor parking job it looks like they are driving in backwards causing them to park this way."

"Please don't ever in y'all McDonalds life give any customer the fries you gave me twice today. The first order of fries was under cooked and soggy and the next batch was only the crispy, over cooked fry ends with salt...I did not ask for this mess. I asked for the manager and she asked what the problem was after everything was already conveyed to her. She's seems to be such a doll and a good manager in training ... very polite. By the time I got the second order of fries the burger was cold and sloppy. Meal ruined. Thx for the fresh fries and the refund."
