"Literally the worst place. Not just Dunkin but worst restaurant. No employees anytime I go. Legit saw an Uber guy there waiting for 20 minutes for 4 black coffees. Poor management. Don’t go."
"Worst Dunkin I've ever been too, service wise. Stood at the register for over 15 mins while the girl before me & the guy before her were both clearly frustrated already as they were waiting for awhile already just for a coffee. After ordering from an associate who seemed to just hate her life off the demeanor & attitude, I noticed Another line of frustrated looking customers who were waiting unnacceptably long periods of time without hearing a word from any associate. I went ahead just decided to eat my donut, which I threw away half way into it bc it was just bland tasting and didn't seem fresh really (this was 9:20am), as I stood waiting another 20 minutes for my coffee which they forgot after the next person in line seemed to get theirs first finally after waiting for awhile also. The person then looked at me knowing they forgot mine and he was already clearly frustrated with his wait and said "Won't be coming back to this Dunkin" . After asking someone where mine was they got me taken care of shortly after and this different person was quick and nice about it even gave me a large size for free, but that was still ridiculous. They weren't over staffed as there were at least 4 maybe 5 employees I counted. I honestly probably won't go here again but I hope they get their ducks in row here per say."
"My husband went through the drive thru. First, they gave our order to someone else and he had to wait for it to be remade. Then, came home with the second order and it wasn't ours. Drove back up and went inside, the manager said they just took a big order and aren't making food for anyone else. They gave him our money back and he was able to get a delicious breakfast sandwich from Bosa Donuts instead. Bosa Donuts for the win!"
"I've had better experiences and service at the DMV. Ordering in the app would be nice, if they actually used that information to make your order. Expect to repeat your mobile order at the speaker and again at the window. If you ask for specific donuts, you won't get them. The coffee is consistently undrinkable and not made correctly."
